Change the display settings
Use this task to change the display settings for the Precautions entries on a global level or on an individual level.
1. Click , on a global level or individual level. 
◦ On a global level: change the display settings hospital wide by selecting at the top (1).

Only administrators can do this. For more information, refer to your system administrator.

◦ On an individual level: Change the display settings for the logged-in user and only for the current session by selecting on the right (2).
2. Scroll to the settings specific for precautions.
3. Select the options that you want to display
◦ Display source
◦ Display description
◦ Display creation date
◦ Display due date
◦ Display category
◦ Display deactivation date
◦ Display proposed actions
◦ Display number of comments
Result: you only see the properties of precautions that you have selected.
